My name is Beata Rachwał and I graduated in clinical and forensic psychology. I mainly deal with the diagnosis of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and differential diagnosis in adults and adolescents over 15 years of age. I have a dual diagnosis of ADHD and ASD, which makes it easier for me to understand the needs of my clients and the challenges they face on a daily basis.

I also provide psychological therapy for neuroatypical people using TSR methods (I have level II), ACT, mindfulness and DBT. I provide psychoeducation about emotions and learning how to regulate difficult emotions (especially anger and shame). I am an open person and I work based on the client's norms so that everyone, regardless of the problem, can feel safe.

I am currently completing postgraduate studies in psychotraumatology, and I associate my therapeutic future with helping people suffering from trauma-related disorders.

I also conduct training for companies and schools in the field of neurodiversity, 1:1 consultations for managers and support groups.

I have completed numerous training courses and workshops, I participate in my own therapy, and my work is regularly supervised.
